Arcana by David Peace

Turn a tarot reading into a personal-feeling moment of mind reading with Arcana by David Peace. A participant freely opens the book to a page and names three cards in any order; you reveal which represents their past, present, and future.

You can also ask them to think of a word from the readings on that page or another page, then reveal the word. The book is designed to travel with your working set or serve as an everyday carry item.

• Tarot-based mentalism: Build a reading around the participant’s chosen page and cards.
• Two revelations: Reveal the cards’ past, present, and future positions, then a thought-of word from the readings.
• Alternative presentation: Use the routine to explore the idea that psychics respond to body language.
• Included materials: Arcana comes with the book, a crib, and detailed instructions.

Add a distinctive tarot routine to your mentalism set, ready to bring out at a performance or keep close at hand for an impromptu-feeling reading.
