Bring the Schrödinger’s cat paradox to your card table with the Black “Dead” Edition playing cards. Its shadowy black-and-gold design draws on Day of the Dead imagery, turning a deck of cards into a striking tribute to the thought experiment’s “dead” state.

  • Distinctive artwork: The court cards feature cats in a half-bone, half-living style, with breeds including British Shorthair, Siamese, Sphynx, Ragdoll, Savannah, and mixed breeds.
  • Details to discover: Schrödinger’s Equation appears in the background art and inside the tuck box.
  • Finished tuck box: Tactile embossing and Spot UV detailing add texture and contrast to the packaging.
  • Made for card handling: The 54 poker-sized cards—52 cards and two Jokers—are printed on Neoclassic Stock with a Supreme Finish.
  • Limited edition: The Standard Edition is limited to 1,000 decks per color.

Manufactured by The Key Card Playing Cards Company, this deck suits cardists, magicians, and collectors drawn to science-inspired design. Display it alongside the collection’s other colorways to bring the three-part visual concept together.
