Stain-Shiv by Andrew Mayne - DVD

Make a chosen word or image appear as a disturbing stain on a blank card with Stain-Shiv, Andrew Mayne’s magic DVD. It combines two dark, theatrical routines designed to leave your audience with an unforgettable moment.

• Stain revelation: A mysterious substance stains a blank card to reveal a word or image, and the spectator keeps the bag as a dark memento.
• Close-up or stage: Perform Stain in either setting, with household materials and preparation that takes minutes.
• Shiv presentation: This Russian Roulette-style routine, based on Mayne’s Stab’d, uses a sharpened pencil as its chilling centerpiece.
• Flexible performance: Shiv requires no special props or gimmicks and can be performed impromptu.
• DVD content: Includes Andrew Mayne’s short film The Stain; the approximately 65-minute DVD contains disturbing imagery and is not intended for younger audiences.

With both close-up and stage options, this DVD gives you two unsettling presentations for performances that lean into suspense and the macabre.
