Identity Theft by Jay Grill - Video DOWNLOAD

Borrow a spectator’s credit or debit card and turn a conversation about identity theft into a visual moment of magic. In Jay Grill’s Identity Theft, the magnetic strip visibly peels away from the card, then restores while your spectator watches.

The routine begins with a five-second challenge to remember numbers, setting up the presentation before the card’s strip becomes the focus. This is a video download based on an idea by Brad Manuel, with new methods and original handling ideas from Jay Grill.

• Borrowed card: The effect can be performed with a borrowed credit or debit card.
• Visual transformation: The magnetic strip appears to peel off, then returns to normal.
• Clean finish: You start and end clean, and everything can be examined afterward.
• Easy to do: The product description presents the handling as easy to perform.

Use the identity-theft premise to give your close-up performance a topical hook, then let the visual restoration provide the surprise.
