The Sticky-Note Slide by Tyler Twombly video DOWNLOAD

Make ink appear to travel across a sticky note in close-up, then hand the note to your audience member. Tyler Twombly’s downloadable, hour-long video tutorial teaches practical moving-ink routines, including the act seen on Season 5 of Penn & Teller: Fool Us.

Perform the Original Routine with a drawn letter, number, shape, or symbol that visibly moves three times. Or create a more personal moment as two hearts and their initials come together in the Hearts Routine.

• Three main routines: Learn the Original Routine, the Hearts Routine, and Zen Archery, where a spectator freely imagines a target hole’s location.
• Six alternate presentations: Try quick, simplified options such as “Moving Dot” and “HOLE” for walk-around performances.
• Everyday supplies: The routines use regular sticky notes and permanent marker, items you can buy at a store.
• No listed methods: The routines use no magnets, threads, or palming.
• Flexible resets: Quick, quicker, and instant reset options are taught for all routines.

The video includes detailed visual instruction for the routines and their gimmicks. Plan to practice and bring a positive mental attitude; the quick reset options can help you keep the magic moving during walk-around performances.
