Totems by Barbumagic - Video DOWNLOAD

Give your close-up set a surreal turn with Totems by Barbu Nitelea, an instant video download featuring three visual effects. A ring floats, a coin appears to bend, and a stretched elastic band seems to stay stretched.

• ET Levitation: A ring floats instead of falling, with a one-handed presentation and quick setup that makes it suited to opening a set.
• Inception Bend: A coin appears to bend; the routine also includes a double bend, with one coin in your hand and another in a spectator’s.
• Chainsaw Rubber Band: An elastic band appears to remain stretched rather than snapping back.
• Props and gimmicks: The objects used can be handed out for examination after the effects. Gimmicks are involved and are easily found at most magic dealers; objects can also be borrowed if they meet the effects’ requirements.
• Bonus explanation: The download also includes a brief explanation of the spinning card behind the back from the trailer.

The mix of quick visual moments and spectator participation gives you several ways to shift the mood of a close-up performance into something dreamlike.
