Holey Shirt by Joe Russell - DVD

Turn a casual conversation into a tense street-magic moment: a ragged, smoldering hole appears in a spectator’s T-shirt, then the shirt looks whole again. Joe Russell’s Holey Shirt is a DVD teaching this attention-grabbing effect, built around an encounter with a stranger.

• Street-ready presentation: Start with mild chit-chat, then let the surprising visual moment unfold.
• Close-up or stage: The effect is described for performance while surrounded, giving you options for where to present it.
• Clear conditions: It works for a spectator wearing a black or white T-shirt.
• Practical handling: The description notes that nothing is palmed, both hands are seen empty before and after, and the effect resets in seconds.
• DVD runtime: The instructional DVD runs approximately 9 minutes.

Plan for a willing spectator and a performance setting where you can manage the tension and humor of the apparent mishap before the restoration. This effect involves fire: fire hazard, adult supervision required.
