Jeff Sheridan Genius at Work Vol 1 Street Act - DVD

Bring the energy of Manhattan street magic to your own performances with Jeff Sheridan: Genius at Work, Vol. 1: Street Act, a DVD featuring Sheridan’s magic for crowds of spectators. Watch borrowed objects, rope and playing cards become the center of surprising moments, with Sheridan’s original handling of a classic diminishing-card routine also included.

• Watch Trick: A borrowed watch’s time changes by the performer’s will; this segment is performance only.
• Rope Routines: See rope cut, restored, penetrated by shears and used in a knot routine where the knot comes off the rope.
• Cigarette in the Coat: A lit cigarette vanishes from the folds of a borrowed jacket, which is left unharmed.
• Card Magic: Sheridan produces and vanishes cards while surrounded, then compresses a fan of cards to nothing in the Diminishing Card Routine.
• More Close-Up Effects: The DVD also features vanishing and reappearing water, an almost impromptu effect using a fistful of water.

The complete explanations for Sheridan’s card manipulation techniques are on Volume 2. Volume 1 gives you a chance to study the performances and see how rope, cards and borrowed objects can hold an audience’s attention on the street or in a close-up set.
