Loxley (Gimmicks and Online Instructions) by David Forrest - Trick

Give your audience a card prediction that lands in two ways: the chosen card is named, and its position is predicted too. In David Forrest’s Loxley, a spectator places a Joker in the deck and cuts the cards before you reveal the prediction.

The card above the Joker is the Jack of Clubs, 16th from the top—and the prediction photo shows both details. You can send the photo to a participant’s phone or hand them an envelope with the picture inside.

• Card and number prediction: Reveal the selected card and its position together.
• Spectator choices: The spectator freely inserts the Joker and cuts the deck as often as they wish.
• Blank-deck finale: Turn over the deck to show that every card is blank.
• Easy handling: Loxley is described as requiring no sleight of hand, with an instant reset.
• Included: A blank deck of red-back Bicycle cards, gaff cards, and online instructions.

You can customize the predicted number, and the effect does not use a phone app. Add your contact information to the prediction photo to turn the reveal into a memorable way to share your details.
