The Magi's Mentor by Erick Olson - Trick

Give your audience a phone call they won’t expect to reveal a freely chosen ESP card. In The Magi’s Mentor by Erick Olson, an audience member calls the Magi’s mentor, who names the subject’s selection before it is turned face up.

• Free card choice: The subject selects an ESP card face down.
• Audience involvement: An audience member receives the mentor’s business card and calls the number on their phone.
• A surprising reveal: The mentor identifies the chosen card, which the subject then turns over to confirm.
• Live or recorded response: The mentor may answer live or through a recording.
• Easy to perform: The routine uses no apps.

The unexpected call gives your audience a memorable moment of mind-reading, with the subject’s own card providing the final confirmation.
