Nepomuk (Gimmicks and Online Instructions) by Benjamin Chickering and Abstract Effects - Trick

Make a selected card appear to travel through your phone with Nepomuk, a visual card magic effect by Benjamin Chickering and Abstract Effects. The spectator’s card is revealed through the back of a card held to your phone’s flashlight, then the card’s face appears blank. The routine continues with another reveal in the deck.

Perform Nepomuk with a standard red Bicycle deck by adding the Nepomuk gimmick card. It’s designed for live performances and looks striking on camera, making it a visual piece for close-up magic or social media.

Key Features

• Handmade gimmick: The single card is handmade by The Card Man and made in Red Bicycle Rider Back.
• Ready to perform: It’s ready out of the box, with no DIY preparation needed.
• Online instruction: Learn the routine, along with multiple effects, visuals, and variations.
• Accessible handling: The effect is described as easy to do for all skill levels.

Nepomuk also works well alongside other Hofzinser-style effects and blank card plots. After the final reveal, you can hand the selected card to your spectator to examine.
