Blank Phil Deck - Trick

Invite someone to think of any playing card, then confidently announce that its name is “Phil”—short for Phillip. When you reveal the deck, bold names appear on the card backs, and the thought-of card is the only one named Phil.

This blank version gives you room to customize the routine around a particular name, product, or theme. Use the included booklet’s ideas as inspiration for a presentation that feels personal to your audience.

• One-deck routine: The effect uses a single deck.
• Any card named: The spectator can think of any playing card.
• No force or sleight of hand: The effect requires neither.
• Instant reset: It’s ready to perform again right away.
• Ideas included: The booklet features suggestions from Dan Garrett, Obie O’Brien, and others.

Make the reveal your own by shaping the presentation around a name or theme your audience will remember.
