Magical Artistry of Petrick and Mia Vol. 4 by L&L Publishing - DVD

Bring Petrick & Mia’s original magic to your own act with this performance-and-instruction DVD. Watch them present each creation for an enthusiastic audience, then go backstage for explanations of the thinking behind the effects.

• Card and straw magic: In “Straw Through The Card,” a drinking straw penetrates a selected playing card without leaving a hole or trace.
• Rings and rope: “Ring on the Rope & Knotted Card” features a borrowed ring that becomes knotted onto rope, along with a signed card that is lassoed.
• Visual card penetrations: “Buzz Saw Card” shows one playing card passing through the other 51.
• Comedy and card revelations: “Lethal Teeth” uses gag teeth to find two selected cards, while “Houdini Card Escape & Vertical Rise” makes a signed selection rise to the top of the deck in a spectator’s hands.
• More original creations: The volume also includes linking spring-style bracelets, a jumbo coin through folded currency, and flat rings that link, unlink, penetrate ribbon, and are passed out for examination.

Volume Four suits magicians working onstage, in parlors, or close up. It offers a chance to study Petrick & Mia’s audience-tested presentations and explore original effects for your own repertoire.
