Spectra by Luke Dancy

Let your spectator name any color, then watch a freely selected card reveal that exact color on its back. SPECTRA by Luke Dancy gives the classic Chicago Opener, also known as Red Hot Mama, a modern, personalized twist.

The first surprise is only the beginning: a second card is selected, and the odd-backed card changes into that new selection. The card has been in plain view, making the two-part reveal feel direct and fair.

• Any named color: Your spectator can choose a color beyond the familiar red or blue.
• Two transformations: The card first matches the named color, then changes into a second selected card.
• Handcrafted gimmicks: SPECTRA gimmicks are included for both red and blue Bicycle decks.
• SHIFT utility device: The included device expands your routine and handling options.
• Instruction from Luke Dancy: Professional instruction and performance tips help you build the effect into your repertoire.

With no difficult sleight of hand or palming, and a clean start and finish, SPECTRA offers a practical way to give a familiar card plot a more personal surprise.
