Third Degree Burn The Evolution by Jason Palter and Alan Wong

Turn a freely named card into a startling visual reveal: a blister appears on your thumb and finger in the shape of the spectator’s thought-of card. Third Degree Burn The Evolution by Jason Palter and Alan Wong brings this close-up card effect to your performance without needing a deck.

• Any card, no force: The spectator chooses a card freely, with no forcing required.
• Slim, flat gimmick: The reengineered design is sleeker and more discreet than previous versions.
• Ready when you are: Carry it in your pocket; it requires no reset.
• Fire optional: Use your own lighter or borrow one, or perform a bonus routine that does not use fire.
• Included instruction: The set comes with a custom gimmick, an online tutorial, a detailed PDF manuscript, a full routine and bonus effects.

Use Third Degree Burn as a striking ending to a card routine—or as an “out” when you need to reveal a forced card whose value you’ve forgotten. The effect looks dangerous, but is described as harmless.
