At The Table Live Lecture - John Guastaferro July 23rd 2014 video DOWNLOAD

Build a more thoughtful close-up repertoire with nearly two and a half hours of magic and ideas from John Guastaferro. In this At The Table Live Lecture video download, he teaches creative effects with a deck of cards, a straw, a wallet, and a piece of string.

Alongside the routines, John explains his “one degree” approach and shares advice for taking your magic further. You can explore card magic, packet tricks, false cuts, mentalism, and more in one lecture.

• Card effects: Learn Joker Opener, In the Doghouse, Club Daley, and Tailspin, including a two-phase sandwich routine and a twisting effect with added touches.
• Card handling: Ballet Cut teaches a versatile in-the-hands false cut and flourish, while Proximity Peek Control covers learning the identity and position of a peeked card.
• Games and mentalism: Twenty combines commercial blackjack and poker with a mental twist.
• Packet and pocket effects: Little White Lies is a packet effect with an unexpected ending, and Hide & Seek is a pocket interchange effect.
• String and selections: Ring & String includes unpublished ideas, and Multi-Mental is John’s multiple-selection routine.

Use the lecture to add new material to your practice sessions and consider how John’s “one degree” thinking can shape the way you present it.
