Bring Michael Lair’s visual magic and original thinking to your close-up or stage performances with the At The Table Live Lecture – May 16th, 2018 video download. Lair shares routines from more than three decades of performing and creating magic, including material he still uses in his stand-up act.

Key Features

• Visual transformations: A lit white candle changes into a black cane in “Arcandle!,” while “Mapped!” restores a torn map to a 24" x 36" world map.
• Sponge and card routines: “Sponge Poker” turns a red sponge ball into a red poker chip, with a separate kicker finale; in “Jack in the Box,” a jack jumps out and restores a torn card.
• Audience participation: In “Ring, Rope, & Chopstick,” two spectators secure a ring in a rope before it penetrates the rope.
• Coin magic: “Dimes!” offers Lair’s twist on a four-coin matrix, and “Big Coins!” ends with a shower of confetti.
• More original routines: “ClifHanger” adds visual comedy, “Reversal of Fortune!” puts a unique spin on a fortune teller fish, and “Candle Trilogy” features candles appearing, disappearing, and changing colors.
