Liquid Newspaper by Trevor Duffy - Trick

Pour water from a small jug into a tabloid-size newspaper, then show the pages from both sides: the paper looks completely normal, even when turned upside down. With Liquid Newspaper by Trevor Duffy, the water vanishes from the newspaper—then pours back out into a glass when you fold the paper again.

• Clear visual effect: The pages can be flipped through after the water disappears, giving your audience a surprising close-up view.
• Dry finish: The newspaper is left dry and unblemished after the water is poured out.
• Red liquid option: The effect can also use red liquid instead of plain water.
• Made for tabloid-size newspapers: The supplied plastic insert fits inside a regular tabloid-size newspaper.
• Long-lasting insert: The specially made insert is described as durable enough to last almost indefinitely.

This trick is designed for children’s magic shows, where the familiar sight of a newspaper makes the vanishing water easy for an audience to follow. Add it to a routine with a small jug and a glass for a memorable ending.
